International wires in USD can be subject to additional fees set by recipient, correspondent, or intermediary banks, in addition to the SWIFT network. Unless prohibited by law, the late fee shall be three percent (3%) of the delinquent payment balance for each month that the balance remains unpaid for up to six (6) months.
